Therapy is a space to slow down and listen more deeply—to the patterns that shape our lives, to the wisdom of the body, and to the quiet parts of ourselves that often go unheard.
In my therapeutic practice, I aim to support your process of understanding, accepting and shaping your life and alleviating symptoms.
I work with adults who are looking to improve their relationship to themselves and/or others. This includes those who are coping with trauma, shame, stress, depression or anxiety and are looking to build their skills and self-esteem. Together, we make room for curiosity, compassion, and transformation.
Rooted in a psychodynamic approach, I weave in practical tools from CBT or DBT, while drawing inspiration from internal family systems and somatic practices. My style is warm and collaborative, and I bring a sense of openness to sessions. By exploring the stories we carry and the sensations we feel, we can move towards clarity, connection and personal agency
Our relationship as therapist and client grows and evolves during our time together with a focus on your personal goals towards growth. I value getting to know you and what elements may help to foster a therapeutic space for you. I would love to hear from you- please reach out with any questions or to schedule a brief, fifteen minute phone consultation.
