In practice for 14 years, I am an experienced, trustworthy, compassionate, and unbiased Psychologist and Marriage & Family Therapist. I combine direct communication, humor, lightheartedness, and compassion with neuroscience-based techniques, and evidence-based models to help clients experience rapid and meaningful change. My approach empowers individuals to work with their brains, not against them, for the most rapid and effective outcomes. I specialize in working with couples, individuals, families, parents, children, veterans, first responders, and survivors of trauma (sexual, family, childhood, religious, combat, medical, etc.).

Together, we'll address challenges such as conflict management, trauma (PTSD), anxiety, depression, people-pleasing, poor communication, indecision, infidelity, blending families, divorce recovery, ADHD & fear of therapy. I am currently offering virtual sessions only, as doing so allows me and my husband to travel, so text, call or email to schedule!

Remember, there is never only 1 reality in a relationship. There's always at least 2! We're all "normal" within the context of our own lives; wired by our experiences.
