About
Life's many challenges, such as aging, chronic illness, cognitive changes, grief and loss can all take a toll on a person's emotional well-being. Emotions such as, sadness, fear and shame can make you feel stuck or even hopeless. My practice focuses on helping older adults develop tools to face these challenges head on and find a kind of peace.
I have a passion for helping people navigate next steps along their journey. I take a positive, strengths-based approach with clients in helping them to create a better quaIity of life for themselves and their loved ones.
I use therapeutic approaches, such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and psychoeducation, all tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. In the end though, this is a partnership where together we find what works best for you to maintain or improve your quality of life.
