Therapy at Light Work Counseling is grounded in a simple but powerful philosophy: there is light in every person. My work is to nurture it, & reflect it back. You bring your lived experience. I bring a trauma-informed, psychodynamic, relational approach w/ special training in EMDR, CBT & animal assisted therapy. Together, we’ll leverage your strengths using my tools & experience towards a bright future.
