My therapeutic style tends to be empathic, authentic and collaborative. I practice therapy from an eclectic approach often utilizing CBT, The Unified Protocol, and Attachment Theory. I work with adults, families, and have a special interest working with adolescents.
I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders. I have over 5 years of experience working in the field of eating disorders at all levels of care. I also work with with individuals struggling with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, attachment concerns, life transitions, and grief and loss. I have special interest in infertility and perinatal loss.
