I am passionate about helping people of all ages overcome the impact of mild to severe trauma. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a well researched therapeutic tool found to be effective in the process of healing from traumatic events and gaining a realistic self-perspective. I help build strong relational skills.
Now offering pre-marital counseling! I hope to hear from you and for the holistically minded client, I incorporate body/mind/spirit approaches such as Reiki and meditation. These methods help dissolve energetic blocks to self-worth and to achieving life goals, help restore a healthy relationship with oneself, and promote relaxation and stress reduction.
