My name is Mary Beth Weisel. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in working with adult clients who need to reduce stress, strained relationships, and improve anxiety and depression. Clients have a deep longing to find a safe spot to share their hardships and want empathy and understanding when they do so. They want to be heard, find solutions, feel better and move forward. I will help you feel at ease and create a calm and safe atmosphere to share what you’re going through without judgment. I like to use integrative therapy, meaning selecting from several therapy modalities tailored to meet your specific needs.
In our sessions, we will be homing in on symptoms and situations you share while taking next steps to reduce or improve the stress you’re carrying. My approach is driven by your motivation and needs, not a set formula. Nothing is random or forced. Together we will create a plan to move forward and celebrate each breakthrough moment.
