I received my training in psychological counseling from Columbia University. I specialize in family dynamic work as well as teen/young adult counseling. Concerns that commonly motivate others to seek support from me include family struggles, parenting issues, anxiety, and issues with self-esteem, boundaries, communication, and relationships. As a therapist, I am often described as empathic, direct, and dedicated.

As a therapist, my motto is "come as you are." I provide a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment that fosters therapeutic growth. I meet you where you are at and together, we uncover strengths, strategies, and resources to get you to where you want to be.

I tailor my approach to meet your needs while providing support and feedback in reaching identified goals. When working with children and adolescents my approach may vary, as I believe it is important to foster an environment that feels less formal and more open to to explore creative therapeutic approaches.
