I like to incorporate humor and keeping things “real” while we work together so you can thrive through whatever tribulation you are facing.Through the use of evidence based practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques, we will work together to achieve your personalized goals.
