Hello! I'm Mary Beth (two words, one name), a dedicated and compassionate therapist who is committed to creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and challenges. Using a combination of CBT, DBT and trauma-informed practices, I help you identify and challenge negative thought patterns while cultivating a mindset that fosters resilience and self-compassion.

I will help you navigate life transitions, manage stress, overcome anxiety, and build healthier relationships. I also make it a point to recognize and build upon your inherent strengths, knowing that they are key to achieving lasting progress.
