Thanks for viewing my profile. I am a licensed psychologist in private practice. I provide individual therapy to adolescents (ages 14+) and adults. People who will probably find me most helpful are those struggling with: relationship problems, anxiety, depression, self-esteem problems, stress management and guilt. I work to understand things from your perspective, to support you and to clarify what it is you want for yourself (in therapy and in your life). I will do my best to help you understand repeating patterns in your life and the effects those patterns have on your happiness and your relationships.
I have trained / worked since 2007 in a variety of clinical settings; each gave me experience with a range of clinical issues as well as different developmental stages in a person's life span. My experience includes private practice, university counseling centers, a partial-hospital program, and a school setting.
