About
Life can present us with significant challenges. As a therapist, my goal is to assist you in identifying the obstacles that may be in the way of you experiencing life as you want it to be and to develop strategies that result in an increase in acceptance, contentment and success. My expertise is in providing individual and family therapy. Additionally, I have a specialization in addiction recovery, trauma work and working with mood regulation (depression, anxiety).I treat adolescents, families, couples and individuals. I see patients 16 years of age and up.
I believe that struggles in life are often the response of transitions that occur both naturally and unexpectedly leaving us off balance and needing to adjust. Whether this is related to parenting, marriage, employment, divorce or grief you are deserving of receiving the support and counsel of a trusted therapist like myself.
Over the last 25+ years I have provided therapy in a number of settings, developed programs that impact change and have served as a clinical supervisor /consultant to countless others in the field. With my strengths-based approach, I seeks to empower people to find pathways to their future success.
