I show up as a real person—honest, warm, and steady—offering a safe, nonjudgmental space where hope can take root even when things feel heavy or all hope is lost. My approach is shaped by both life experience and clinical training, grounded in faith and grit. Fear and mistrust aren’t born in a vacuum—they’re shaped in relationship. When we ask, “How did I not see this coming?” and begin to believe we can’t trust, the world feels small—and so can God. But even in that desert place, hurt and loss can become markers of survival, growth, and deep resilience.
