She adheres to a Christian faith and demonstrates a genuine respect and care for all individuals.

Fear & mistrust are not created in a vacuum; they are created in relationship. When we ask, "How did I not see this coming?" & think "I can't trust", our world feels small, we behave as if we're small, and we may even wonder if God is small. Yet, in this desert place, hurt and loss can be transformed into evidence of our survival, growth, & resilience.

Mary Beth helps individuals & couples harmed by the hurts of the world & journeys with them collaboratively to help them recover what has been lost or diminished like self-worth, sense of belonging, identity, purpose, safety, & healthy emotional connection.
