My therapeutic approach is personalized and flexible. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), but I tailor these approaches to fit your unique needs, goals, and preferences.
