I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Gottman Method Couples Therapist and Trainer and Consultant for The Gottman Institute. This means I have highly specialized training and experience in helping couples using a researched based, effective modality. A state-of-the-art Love Lab assessment process pinpoints couples issues and helps create a more effective treatment plan. This process mimics Gottman's original research and raises the bar in couples therapy.
My diverse background allows me to work with a variety of client issues, including relationship issues, divorce, parenting, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, life transitions, women's issues and LGBTQ issues. I offer online therapy for clients residing in any area of Texas. Additionally, I train clinicians in all levels of the Gottman Method.
Gottman Method Couples Counseling is based on four decades of research. By utilizing this scientifically backed approach, I offer hope to struggling couples. My services include weekly counseling (including online therapy), marathon intensive therapy (ranging from 3 hours - 4 days), premarital counseling and The Art & Science of Love Couples Workshops.
