Life can be hard. Sometimes we all need someone to help us understand ourselves better, to guide us as we move forward in making personal changes, and to help navigate the path to becoming the person we want to be. I work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and difficult life transitions, such as divorce or blending a family. As a marriage and family counselor, I help clients in affair recovery, parenting plan development, and healing from emotional wounds caused by divorce.
As a diversified therapist, I tailor my clients' treatment plans to their unique needs. I use emotion-centered, solution-focused therapy. And as a parenting specialist, I help parents and co-parents design parenting plans to meet the needs of their families. I am a trained Mediator and work in Collaborative Law as a Communications Coach.
