I work especially well with individuals navigating life transitions (identity, purpose, relationships, career shifts) developmental and attachment trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that keep repeating despite insight or prior therapy.

My approach is trauma-informed, experiential, and integrative. I combine EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, attachment-focused psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients understand and shift the underlying patterns driving thoughts, emotions, nervous system responses, and relationship dynamics.
