I am a licensed professional counselor dedicated to providing compassionate mental health support. I integrate various therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, parts work, and experiential therapies like chair work, to create a tailored approach for each of my clients. I believe in approaching every client with respect and care, offering the professional tools and support needed to address a wide range of concerns, such as anxiety, addiction, and trauma.

I have a special interest in working with individuals facing challenges related to grief, bipolar disorder, depression, dissociative disorders, borderline personality disorder, and behavioral addictions, including gambling, shopping, and video gaming.
