I'm here to help teens and women through all seasons of their lives. I'm passionate about holding space for you if you've had or are thinking of having an abortion, are struggling with infertility, have experienced pregnancy loss, are struggling postpartum, need someone to talk to about school, career, relationships, or parenting, and if you need space for the transition through menopause. No matter where you are in your journey, I'm here to walk with you.
I completed Postpartum Support Int'l's components of care and advanced maternal psychotherapy training allowing me to specialize in perinatal mental health. I'm EMDR trained. I studied at Naropa University and received my degree in mindfulness transpersonal counseling so am able to hold space spiritually if that feels aligned.
No matter what your story is, I will not judge you. Your experience is your own and you don't have to go it alone. Being a mom, managing a career, going through life transitions can be difficult. I'm here to help all women (LGBTQ+ included) on their journey. I enjoy hiking, yoga, cycling, and hanging out with my 2 boys and husband in my free time.

A virtual group focused on supporting moms through the postpartum period. Conducted entirely online, babies are welcome. It is a judgment free space where you can process the good, the hard, and the neutral. We have themes every week. It is a closed group with up to 6 participants. Next group will start June 7th for 8 weeks.
