Hi, my name is Mary Baez, therapist. I am licensed in the state of California as a Marriage and Family. My license number is 48302. I have been in the mental health field for 16 years. My first concern s building rapport and trust with clients. My approach is holistic and eclectic. I believe it is important to address the mind-body connection in mental health and I tailor my interventions to the individual needs of my clients thus taking an eclectic approach.
I work well with clients who have or are experiencing depression and/or anxiety. Additionally, I work with clients who have experienced trauma. I do well with assisting clients resolve relationship issues of a personal nature or in the business arena.
I am motivational and find success in raising self-awareness thus allowing clients to reach their full potential in life. reflecting on this changed this on my drive home helped me realize that I was a role model without even realizing it.
