I work best with adult women who are carrying the weight of past or current trauma. Many have been hurt by others in ways that still affect them today, and they long to let go of the pain so they can feel whole again. My ideal client is someone who wants support in releasing old wounds and stepping into a life that feels genuine, fulfilling, and deeply meaningful.
I use EMDR, meditation, Internal Family Systems, and breathwork in an integrative way to support deep healing. My own trauma history led me to explore these methods, and I found each effective for accessing the subconscious and releasing old wounds. I continue expanding my skills to guide meaningful change. I am committed to ongoing learning and growth.
