About
I AM NOT ACCEPTING NEW REFERRALS AT THIS TIME. If you find yourself stuck in a cycle of unproductive thought patterns that affect your everyday functioning in emotional and/or behavioral ways then therapy can introduce you to more effective ways to live your life. Finding a therapist who is supportive, present, understanding, and skilled in guiding you towards a more satisfying and fulfilling life is a positive step in that direction. It's a journey that's well worth taking in partnership with a professional you trust. Email is the preferred initial way to contact me.
As a collaborative team, we will explore your strengths and identify areas that are holding you back. I am an active participant in the process. My style is to be open and honest, and to move at a pace that is comfortable for you.
My experience includes treating adolescents and adults who struggle with depression and anxiety, including OCD and eating disorders. Also guiding clients through life transitions (divorce, loss, relocation). Learning to manage your emotions and put into practice new life strategies often benefits from a coach who understands the challenges of change.
