Losing everything in the Eaton Fire in January 2025 reshaped the way I understand grief, trauma, and the emotional weight we carry. When life changes in an instant, it forces us to confront layers of loss, identity, and attachment we didn’t even know were there. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel — and I also know that healing becomes possible when we stop adding to our suffering and begin to understand it. Therapy can help you recognize the patterns, beliefs, and narratives that no longer serve you, and support you in becoming the person you want to be, for reasons that truly matter to you. Everyone is capable of change.
My role is to help you understand yourself more deeply, accept yourself more fully, and shift the narratives that keep you stuck. I provide psychotherapy and crisis intervention for depression, anxiety, domestic violence, grief, trauma, and abuse. I’ve worked with clients of all ages, using approaches tailored to each person’s needs and comfort.
My practice is known for its relaxed atmosphere, honest communication, and a sense of humor that helps make difficult work feel a little lighter. Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. It can be a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood as you grow into a stronger, more aligned version of yourself. Let"s take the next step together.
