Have you been betrayed by a partner due to their sex or porn issues? This can feel blind siding and lead to what is called betrayal trauma. One of my greatest passions is empowering women to be their best selves. This group will help you find yourself again and reclaim your power and self worth following a betrayal. Group will be co-facilitated with Mark Pugsley, PhD, LCSW, CSAT who also specializes in sexual addiction. We meet every other Wed from 6:00-7:30pm over Zoom.

This is a safe and non-judgmental men's group for those who have developed a problem with pornography or sexual addiction. Do you use porn, sex, or fantasizing to escape and numb your feelings? Have these behaviors increased over time and caused problems in your life and relationships? You are not alone. This is a healing space for you to learn how to break these patterns, connect with healthy masculinity, create healthy coping skills, reclaim your integrity, and improve your self esteem. We meet online every other Monday evening over zoom.
