Therapy is a safe space to help you foster a deeper connection to your authentic self. Many experiences in life can leave us feeling disoriented – grief, trauma, the stressors of everyday life. When we feel disconnected, we can experience anxiety, depression, and loss of connection in our relationships. It can become difficult to feel present in our daily lives. I want to help you reclaim capacity for a centered, vibrant life. When we reconnect to our authentic, embodied selves, we gain clarity, deeper satisfaction in relationships, and learn to be present in both the storm and the stillness.
As a somatic therapist, I believe the body contains wisdom to guide our healing. When we listen to it, we heal at a nervous system level. I work with adults utilizing a combination of modalities, including somatic experiencing, internal family systems, mindfulness and DBT.
My goal in therapy is to be with you; to work collaboratively to better understand your struggles holistically – mind, body, and spirit.
