I am a Licensed Professional Counselor at Grow Counseling and I work at both our Buckhead and Alpharetta office locations. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from Furman University and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University. I work with children, teens, and adults.
In the counseling room, I strive to create a comfortable space for clients to be their authentic self and work through their concerns. I works alongside clients to encourage them to discover their strengths, explore ways to empower themselves, and promote healthy change.
I tailor my counseling approach to fit the needs of my clients. I utilize play therapy and expressive arts therapy with my kid and teen clients as a method for interaction, establishing rapport, and diving deeper into the therapeutic work. As a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator, I offer parenting education and value working with the family unit.
