As a therapist, I am trained and passionate about working with couples, families, individuals, and children. My approach is honest, direct, and strength based. I use a combination of IFS, EFT, and Life Span Integration. In the 20+ years I have spent working with people, I have seen strength and courage bring about change that initially seemed impossible.
