Mary Anne Earls
Thank you for your interest in my practice. I design my approach specific to your needs and the goals identified in our work together in a way that respects your unique personality and circumstances. In a safe and non-judgmental environment, I will provide you skills to understand and move through your current symptoms and situations. These skills will become your "invisible toolbox" and you will learn how to use the most productive "tool" whether it be a change in thought process, behavior, or problem solving.
My specialty areas include depression, resolving significant anxiety, eliminating panic attacks, life transitions caused by changes in employment, health, or in your life goals, loss and grief, interpersonal and relationship issues, grief, and parenting.
My approach includes several psychotherapy disciplines including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT), In-sight Oriented Psychotherapy, Problem-Solving, and Brief Solution-Focused Psychotherapy. My schedule includes weekend appointments.
