I help adults navigate challenges related to perfectionism, anxiety, and codependency. Often, this stems from a chronic sense of confusion in relationships where you've perhaps experienced instability, family addiction or mental illness, or interpersonal experiences where emotional immaturity operated. Futility hurts, and living with a sense of low self-esteem, inner criticism, and working to keep the peace can feel obsessional, or even necessary to maintain connection. It's complex. Together, we explore patterns that hold you back, build healthier boundaries, respect limitations, process grief, and celebrate new milestones.
My work focuses on fostering insight, emotional resilience, and lasting personal growth. With ten years in practice, I have extensive experience helping adults understand and heal from patterns related to toxic communication, complex dynamics, and emotional neglect.
This is change that can rock the boat; it's also change that helps you recognize what boat you're in, and how to navigate using a new compass pointing toward self-respect and a lasting sense of trust. Using a psychodynamic and family systems approach, I support clients as they narrate a new internal voice, one in service to compassion and radical acceptance.
