I take a person-centered approach to treating clients. I believe in personal responsibility and choices. I believe that change is possible and support my clients along the way. I consider myself a "fellow traveler" when sitting with clients. My job is a privilege. I am also Certified Grief Counselor with many years experience. I believe grief is a fluid process that doesn't follow "stages" and everyone's path is unique.
After passing the NBCC exam (National Board for Certification of Counselors) I earned the credential of NCC. I also have a certification in Grief work (GC-C). and I am an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS). I do accept insurance.
