I believe in the ability of all people to improve their lives and contribute to their own well-being. I work with a range of clients, but as a former college professor, I have special interest in employees of institutions of higher education. I have both academic and practical experience with intellectually gifted individuals, and I also have considerable experience working with transgender persons. I work well with adults and older teens who have ability to actively identify and work toward goals that are meaningful to them.
I see myself as a member of a team that includes, at a minimum, the client and me. The team also may include others who are close to the client or other providers who work with the client. I work collaboratively with my clients to establish goals and find strategies that work for them as they strive to achieve their goals.
At present, I have very few openings and am seeking clients who seem to be an excellent fit for my practice. I also do psychological testing to assist with diagnosing ADHD in children and adults, as well as some other mental health conditions. Please reach out if I may be able to be of assistance to you.
