I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and groups, and am equipped to offer you evidence-based strategies that target relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, spiritual issues, and common life transitions, with the hope of helping you get back on track. I provide a professional and confidential online setting that can offer you the flexibility you might need. I am also able to resource you if you require more than I can provide.
I am a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC) and hold both a Master's Degree in Counseling, and a Master's Degree in Pastoral Counseling and Spiritual Formation. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities and am licensed to practice in the states of South Carolina and Virgina.
During the course of the last eighteen years, I have worked with hundreds of people on a variety of issues.
