About
When life seems unmanageable, I can offer a "safe place to land" as you receive extra support, guidance, and some new coping skills that might help you through challenging situations. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and groups, and am equipped to offer you evidence-based strategies that target relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief & loss, spiritual issues, and common life transitions, with the hope of helping you get back on track. I provide a professional, safe, and confidential setting, and am able to resource you if you need more than I can provide.
I am a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC) and hold both a Master's Degree in Counseling (2013), and a Master's Degree in Pastoral Counseling and Spiritual Formation (2007). I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies.
During the course of the last fifteen years, I have worked with hundreds of people on a variety of issues. I believe that personal growth, healing, and the change you seek are possible, sometimes within a few sessions. I encourage you to email or call me to set up an appointment. I look forward to working with you for a hope-filled 2023.
