Groups
Teen Girls Weekly Group
Group to include mindfulness, skills for communication, healthy coping, decision making and managing extreme emotions as well as our relationships with technology/social media. Groups will include experiential activities such as outdoor activities, yoga, art, music as traditional processing with professional therapists and interns. Group appropriate for teens struggling with depression, anxiety, self harm, body image, eating disorders, perfectionism, bipolar disorder.
