As an addiction specialist, I meet people where they are at, and we work together to determine your goals for a healthier lifestyle. This may mean abstinence or moderation regarding substance use. I also specialize in problem gambling issues.

For flexiblity and to keep fees lower, I conduct most sessions using secure video counseling (simply check in from the comfort of your own home). I focus on helping people cope during life transitions and build a more connected and satisfying lifestyle.
