In a collaborative process, we explore your difficulty and work together toward achieving a positive change. Included would be consideration of the details and history of your problem as you see it, relevant past experiences, and what you might have found previously helpful or not helpful in dealing with it.
As one moves through the therapy process, insight, shifts in perspectives, and strategies to cope with challenges are some of the ways change may be achieved. My office is purposefully designed to feel comfortable and not like an "office" and is easily accessible from Routes 287, 78, 202, and 22.
