I'm glad you are here. I know taking the first step can be scary. It takes a lot of courage to realize the tools you used to "survive" in your past are no longer helping you thrive in the present. Life is a series of transitions and challenges. We develop strategies in our early years as survival mechanisms, however those same practices whether formed in response to childhood trauma, family expectations or high pressured environments start to feel ineffective rather than productive. If you feel the way you have handled things in the past aren't working anymore, you are not failing, you are evolving. I am here, tell me your story.

Working together using EMDR and an integrated approach to desensitize painful memories, shifting trauma from a current threat to a past event, identifying cognitive distortions and negative beliefs, we will begin to reframe your internal dialogue. We replace outdated coping mechanisms with modern tools to develop a clear guided path towards lasting wellness.

Before we dive into the "work", I just want to invite you to settle in. There is no right or wrong way to do this, there is no pressure to have it all figured out today.
