I have a passion for helping clients overcome OCD, anxiety and related conditions. I've worked at multiple levels of care, and I've seen OCD & anxiety at their gnarliest. OCD is not just about germs and organization. It can include debilitating mental compulsions, taboo themes, complex presentations, and so much more. I've been working with people with these conditions since 2021. I'm trained in evidence-based treatments for OCD and anxiety, including Exposure and Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and other interventions.
