I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, adults, and parents through challenges involving learning differences, emotional regulation, developmental concerns, and relational stress. With over 35 years as a Special Education Teacher and Counselor, I use a psychodynamic and holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and spirit. My work focuses on nurturing personal growth, deepening self-understanding, and helping clients heal old wounds while building resilience and renewed possibility. I believe in the process of our God-given life and therefore respect the unfolding of each individual person.
I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help shift unproductive thinking patterns that hinder awareness and growth. I also use Expressive Arts to inspire new perspectives, encourage creative problem-solving, and support each person’s natural talents and strengths.
