About
Please check back in January 2022, when I'll be ready to help YOU! 100% organic, GF, holistic and comes in YOUR size. (Humor IS good medicine). I can help you improve mental health, enhance your life and relationships. Very experienced in grief therapy, emotional & sexual trauma, treatment of anxiety and depression, couples communication issues & chronic/ life limiting illness. I work with teens/ adults and have post Master's certification in grief work and end of life care, Expressive Art Therapies, and PracticalRelationship Skills. Spirituality and issues related to it are also a focus if desired. Together anything is possible!
My approach is humanistic and mindfulness based. Wherever you are when you walk in is a STARTING point, neither good nor bad-simply the place from which we will begin. Spirituality and creativity are vital to well being and will be used to the extent with which you are comfortable. We are all in this human condition together, and humor can be expected.
My office is located in a modern office building with ample parking, conveniently located on Route 9 near Red Lobster and Crunch Fitness. The setting is quiet, clean, and professional. It is accessible to those with physical limitations, and I welcome service animals. I am mindful of cultivating an environment that supports the work.
