My path to becoming a therapist began early, witnessing firsthand the profound effects of mental illness, addiction, and trauma. This personal experience fueled a deep desire to help others, leading me to dedicate my career and education to mental health. I earned my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, specializing in mental illness, addiction, and supporting children and families. My Ph.D. in Public Health further enriched my understanding of holistic well-being. In our sessions, I blend clinical expertise with a client-centered approach, ensuring your journey guides our work.
I'm passionate about helping all ages improve their health. I support people with career development, stress/symptom/relationship management (including parent-child dynamics), addiction/relapse prevention, mental/severe illness, and children with emotional dysregulation. I have experience helping support emotional/behavioral health in school settings.
