I believe living a successful life is a process, and I see therapy as an instrument for change and growth. My approach to therapy is to provide a comfortable and safe place to discuss issues and concerns, and ultimately develop skills to deal with them. I believe in a humanistic approach to therapy, where I treat my patients as unique individuals. I will meet you and try to understand what is most meaningful for you, and what changes in life you are looking for. I work with clients on understanding themselves and their responses, so they can improve where they feel they need it the most.
I utilize techniques from humanistic psychology, emotion-focused CBT, among others. I would be happy to be a part of your journey towards meaningful change. I work with children, teens, and adults individually, as well as couples and family units, navigating anxiety, depression, relationships, and communication issues.
One of my passions is supporting individuals and couples struggling with fertility issues. It requires courage to seek support, and counseling can be a powerful tool when you're seeking change. I believe in a collaborative, honest, and supportive environment, so when “life happens,” I can be there for you and help you navigate.
