My passion is working with individuals and families to overcome life challenges that may be hindering them from reaching their full potential or simply enjoying life. My approach to therapy is client-centered and holistic. I provide a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere for sharing personal concerns to work toward healing. I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor, and an Ordained Minister. My diverse background including 10 yrs as a psychology professor, 10 yrs as a Clinical Dir., and 3 yrs as an NFL Agent; allows me to connect with people with various life experiences.
My specialties include working with anxiety, depression, personality, addiction, and behavioral disorders. As well as unresolved trauma, grief, marriage and family therapy, co-parenting and blended family issues. My services also include career counseling, sports performance therapy, and Christian counseling.
