I’m an experienced, active therapist, integrating techniques from models such as Internal Family Systems & cognitive-behavioral therapy in a trauma-informed approach to our work. I'm skilled at working with relationship issues (eg. partner discord & adults with narcissistic parents or partners), trauma, anxiety including panic & OCD, depression, losses & life transitions, EQ skills, workplace issues, and many other challenges. I also have specialties in psychedelic integration support and working with clients new to therapy.
