I have been helping people establish new roads for themselves for over 20 years. Drawing from theories including behavioral, emotional, and cognitive, as well as the wisdom of mindfulness, I use Narrative, Attachment-Based, and Existential approaches. I utilize CBT and EMDR to overcome trauma, or to enhance performance and strengths.
