I specialize in addiction, stress, depression, anxiety, and relationship counseling for couples, families, and adolescents. I use a person-centered approach to encourage confidence through emotion, strength, and solution-focused therapy. I am EMDR trained and passionate about working with active-duty military, veterans, and their families.
