With extensive experience as a mental health therapist, clinical supervisor, and administrator in community mental health, I prioritize building trust with clients. My therapeutic approach to counseling is characterized by connection, empathy, understanding, respect, and support without judgment. My goal is to help individuals find healing, balance, and peace on their journey of self-discovery.
I provide holistic, person-centered, strength-based care integrated with an eclectic variety of evidence-based practices to teens, adults, elders, couples, families, & LGBTQIA+.
