I remember the first time I decided to seek therapy. I remember the mixed emotions of anxiety, fear, being overwhelmed, not knowing what to look for, or where to go. It can be especially hard if you identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQIA+. You can rest assured that all of those feelings are valid and normal. Don't let fear prevent you from reaching out for help with the issues you are going through. I am here to hold space for you and offer a supportive, unbiased, non-judgmental environment. I will stand by you on your healing journey as your guide. You don’t have to go through this alone.
My role is not to give advice or solve your problems, but to help you unearth the solutions that are lying dormant within you. By utilizing expressive therapies such as Psychodrama, Art, and Narrative, I will be your guide. We all have the strength, intuition, and resilience needed to overcome traumas, whether they be "little t" or "BIG T" stressors.
