My passion is to help you to identify your obstacles, while empowering you to find healthy ways to address them. I also provide Christian Counseling where I utilize biblical principles within session, pray, and share resources!

My specialty is working with college students, young adults, the elderly, and professionals of any age. I help empower those I work with to excel despite challenges by building a healthy lifestyle. I provide evidence-based therapy, such as Cognitive-Behavoiral Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, in order to help one reach their desired goals.
