I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of experience supporting adults who often feel stuck, lost, or alone as they work toward healing and change. I help clients struggling with stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship concerns. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you are the expert of your story. Together, we’ll identify your goals and create a safe, compassionate space to explore, reflect, and move forward at your own pace.
I earned my Master’s in Professional Clinical Counseling from La Salle University. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to help reframe unhelpful thoughts and dialectical behavior therapy to build coping skills and emotional regulation. My approach blends insight, empathy, and empowerment to help you feel grounded and supported.
