Martine Jones
Psychologist, PsyD
**PLEASE NOTE I provide online therapy in North Carolina and Florida. Hello and welcome! I am a clinical psychologist who supports people to achieve their highest levels of well-being and dare I say, happiness. In life, we all struggle at times. Whether you are you are going through a life transition such as pregnancy or new motherhood, or struggling to make the baby you have always wanted due to infertility, the days can be so up and down. And if you are single and trying to navigate the world of dating (pre or post-divorce), the loneliness can be hard to bear at times. I'd like you to know, you don't have to bear it alone.
I enjoy working with people of diverse identities and I tailor therapy to you, incorporating practices from mindfulness-based practices and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Essentially, I help you access your mind's wisdom and your body's wisdom to find greater peace and contentment with past, to heal in the present, and to care for yourself in the future.
I work with college and graduate students as well as professionals and adults of all ages. If I sound like a good fit for you, please get in touch and I would love to chat with you for a free 15-20 minute initial phone consultation! Talk soon, Martine.
